Work Wear is home of the annual "Rotten Boot Contest". This is an annual event held every September and is sponsored by Red Wing Shoe Company.
“This year was a lot of fun for everyone involved, and there were definitely some interesting and rotten entries!” states Ann- Marie Keeney.
The “Most Rotten Boot Award” was presented to Ken Somers of Alexandria, NH. He wins a brand new pair of boots from Red Wing, a supply of “No More Stinky Feet”, the prestigious Bronze Boot Award, a Work Wear shirt, and a picture of his boots with his name will be placed on a perpetual plaque on the wall at Work Wear. He may also get a bit of ridicule from his friends and family….he, and all the other entries, should be proud!
So, mark your calendars and save those boots....you might just win in 2010!
